Inspiration for the IPN Tennis Tour

In an age where the internet has us all becoming more connected, the Ibrahim Phiri Nakai (IPN) Tennis Tour was created to further human connection in the physical world.

It serves as a bridge for individuals with passion, enabling continuous improvement of ones capabilities in their pursuit of becoming the best version of themselves. Rather than settling for what they could have been.

Hard company, it will all come together though

Founders

Ibrahim Phiri and Ryuya Nakai, both in their mid-20s, are serial entrepreneurs based in New York City sharing a profound love for tennis. Ibrahim, raised in Southern Africa, and Ryuya, born in Japan, aim to forge a lasting connection between their two cultures through their shared passion.

All efforts are dedicated to fostering tennis for future generations in Africa and Asia, promoting intercultural relations by extending a warm invitation to players from around the world. Through the IPN Tennis Tour, there is a vision to both cultivate tennis and create a cultural bridge for all societies.

IPN Philosophy

Disagreement is not oppression. Argument is not assault. Words, even provocative or repugnant ones, are not violence. The answer to speech we do not like is more speech.

Winners win | Losers lose

A sport like tennis only attracts those with this understanding of reality. Once one has stepped into the arena: if you get to walk out, you fall on one side of the line. It is both the blessing and curse of being alive. Those timid souls who have never stepped into the arena, they don't know.
